PCP: Super Bowl Coaches

If you haven\’t already, you\’re going to be hearing a lot in the next week about the race of the two coaches in this year\’s Super Bowl. They\’re black. It\’s historic, certainly – there has never before been a black coach in a Super Bowl. What we\’d like to discuss is: is it relevant? Does/should it matter to our society that they\’re black? Is it important?
