Good morning everyone.

Meet Jax.

If you\’d prefer to be more formal, introducing Lieutenant Jackson Bonkers V.

Yes, I realize that this officially makes us crazy cat people, but the little guy was irresistible. Plus, we needed a little more testosterone around the two apartments. I was getting a little outnumbered.

Greta and Stella (in background) are slowly warming to him, and with luck they\’ll be swarming as a pack in no time. Of course, I am presently ignoring what implications that will have on feeding time.

So an official welcome to Mr. Jax. If you\’d like to schedule an appointment to see him in person, you know where to find me.

    Awwwwwwwww…….. He’s so cute! How old, where did you get him, has Greta tried to kill him yet?

    The little man is about eight weeks old, and we got him at Urbanimal (on Lyndale) through a group called Underdog Rescue. Greta’s actually taken to him slightly better than Stella, but we’ve still got a ways to go before we call them friends. He’s quite the social guy, though, so it won’t be for a lack of effort on his part.

    we’re looking forward to him meeting Solei. He should get puppy exposure while he’s young (it’s so cute).

    We should definitely get him some Solei time soon. He’s totally worn Greta out tonight. They were flying around the place chasing each other, and now Greta has retired to the crow’s nest to watch him continue to wreak havoc on the catnip toys. Pretty cute stuff.
