We're never above a little self-hype here at SP. Now I know that our production has been down a bit this year, but we're working on that, I assure you.
We've got plans; schemes; machinations; thesaurases.
Personally, I haven't written a feature in far too long now. I'm aware of that. But that doesn't mean I haven't been busy - the problem is that a lot of
what I've done has been triage, or at least behind the scenes. We're working on a slight tweak to ye olde look and feel of SP, which you may not even notice, but
is nevertheless going slowly and painfully. For those of you who didn't notice, the Forum died, and had to be
reborn, like a phoenix, rising from Arizona (to rip off Jerry Stiller). Worth noting that the Forum is at present still open for anonymous reading, so poke around
even if you're too shy to play nice.
All that said, I do have two things I've also been working on, under the guise of forcing myself to write more frequently, which would hopefully lead to improved
writing, and more features. The blog didn't work so well for that, but I'm gonna keep it around, and
eventually it'll have a nice custom logo-graphic, since I like to do stuff like that. But then so I hatched another scheme, and I think this one's got legs.
I'm calling it The Card Project. Soon enough both of these pages will have proper links somewhere on SP,
but I figured anyone who's a faithful Gambit reader should at least get a sneak peek.
