Diet Diet Diet!

I love stuff like this.

No, seriously, I do. Of course, it is funny that the article for a no-fad diet has ads for fad diets in it.

I've written about this sort of thing before. Dieting is not rocket science. I've figured that out before. After I moved in March I cut down on my working out and ate more, and my weight went up. Now I'm back to running 3-5 times a week, and I'm eating slightly less, and my weight is going down. I don't need to just eat grapefruit or slim-fast (insert Tommy Lasorda joke here) to see results, a little will-power is all you need.

That said, and given that this started with a Heart Association article, I suggest checking out something like this, if you're interested. We've got one of the older editions of the book, and it's fantastic. Not to mention tasty. And if you watch your portion sizes, you get tasty left-overs from most of the dishes. On top of all of that, most of them take less than an hour from start-to-finish, which is key if you're inherently lazy like me.

But hey, that's just me. If you wanna fad, fad away.
