Ever had to do performance reviews?
Yeah, me too. That's where I'm at today. The idea is to balance my daily volume of work along with assessing my work performance for the past twelve months. It's not working well. Because of my "catch trivial details but miss the obvious" memory, I've needed to go through my sent e-mails from the past year to get a good grip on, well, exactly what I've been doing around here. As an aside, it's been entertaining to read non-work e-mails from the past year. However, that's been the only fun part. My basic contribution to Dain since 10/1/03 can be summarized in fourteen bullet points. How exciting is that?
