Works in Progress
- Alex
Yeah so a while back I came across a nice compendium of soccer pictures, and I grabbed a bunch of WUSA photos to play around with
in Photoshop at some later date because... well hey, Mia Hamm. And they're really cool pictures. And truth be told, I'm not all that
into Mia, I just had to throw out a name you'd all recognize. All eight of you readers, faithful ones, but I'm trying to get into the
habit of not turning you away. So hey, Mia. Yeah.
In any case, the intentions as always don't quite synch with the reality of it all, meaning that I just played with one photo, and
one photo only, and my research tells me it's of one Miss Katie Beal, of the Florida State University Seminoles. First off, lay off
on the 'Noles comments, this isn't favoritism, although if it was you'd just have to deal with it, 'cause I like FSU. Secondly, do
you think Katie Beal is one of those people who goes by both names all the time, not just Katie, or some nickname? 'Cause when I see
her name I think that Katie Beal is the only way you'd want to refer to Katie Beal. So I hope Katie Beal doesn't mind my using her
picture to play around with, because it's damn cool. And if you happen to know Katie Beal, tell Katie Beal about this page so she can
come grab these pictures for herself. See how much fun that is?
And so anyway, the other caveat is that these aren't really done, I've just played a bit with some filters, digital editing-wise, etc.,
and hopefully I'll get around to doing a bit more with all of the images, but who knows, so I figure I should at least put these up,
rather than totally forget...
So here ya go, and as always, click on the little one to get a big one. Oh, and they're 1280 X 854 in size, because that's the
size of my screen... my desire to not turn you away only goes so far. Ha.
(I'm partial to the smaller ones, by the way, especially the bottom-right one.)
And... as a bonus, I got bored after a while and decided to do something completely different, and so I bring you:
Bear Who Drives Car!
