When you are a big shot like I am this is the type of respect you command.
Ok, so maybe this was a form letter and wasn't whipped up just because I was gracing their hotel with my
presence. But it's still a nice PR gesture to those of us who make hotels our second homes. And it's kind of
cool to be handed an unexpected letter with your name on the envelope as you check in. Sort of James Bond-ish.
Ok, now I'm just delusional.
One thing I can tell you, don't order the buffalo chicken sandwich at the DFW Hyatt. I've had better chicken
sandwiches from McDonalds. I filled out the video survey in my room and gave very poor marks on the food, so
I'm curious to see if I have another letter waiting for me when I check in next week.
