Vote Sue!

So wadE sent me a link today:

http://espn.go.com/page2/s/hottest/female.html

My thoughts:
1. I bet it's Sue Bird.
2. I hope it's Sue Bird.
3. Maybe it's something else.
4. Waitaminute, what am I, the guy who has an insane crush on Sue Bird and everyone picks on him any time there's anything online about her at all?!

Oh yeah, I actually am that guy. Heh. I can't help it, she's the best. I still don't understand why she hasn't emailed me. Maybe she just hasn't read my article on how single I am. Yeah, I'm sure that's it.

In any case, yes, the page is a poll about most eligible female athlete. Sue's in there against such other stars as Mia Hamm, and Gabrielle Reece. Pretty good company. Naturally, I vote for Sue, and expect to see her running away with the results. Imagine my surprise when it turns out she's in third place, behind Reece, and... Jennie Finch? What? Grr... alright, I guess that's alright. It's not gonna stop me from pondering voting as many times as I can, and badgering you all to clicky-clicky up there and Vote Sue!

I feel better having screamed, don't you?
(We're all about the REM references 'round here.)

The other thing the article spurred me to do is to goof around with Photoshop a bit more. I (of course) have a bunch of Sue pics digitally lying around, and figured it'd go well with this gambit to have some nice little desktop pics to choose from. Plus I was getting sick of my Edmonton Oilers one (even though it's hype - I'll have to work it into something in the future). In any case, here's what I came up with. I'm including four of the variants - I particularly like numbers two and four. Or maybe I'm the only one around here who really cares... are you listening Sue? I really care!

Haha, here ya go kiddies. Have a good day.
